生物活性	Z-LE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK is a selective caspase-8 inhibitor. Z-LE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK can inhibit cell apoptosis^[1].
体外研究 (In Vitro)	The apoptotic pathway activated after exposure of HL-60 cells to Cordycepin is caspase-8 dependent, because Z-LE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK partly inhibits endonucleosomal cleavage of DNA induced by cordycepin alone^[1]. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
