产品介绍
ROX 参比染料（ROX Reference Dye）设计用于对实时定量 PCR 或 RT-PCR 中的荧光报告基因信号进行标准化。不同仪器所需 ROX 参比染料浓度不同。我公司提供 ROX 参比染料储存液，浓度为 25 µM，用户可以根据仪器的推荐浓度进行添加。

ROX 参比染料
• 对与 PCR 无关的荧光波动进行标准化
• 为多重定量 PCR 和 RT-PCR 提供稳定的基线
• 使用现有的 ROX 光谱设置，无需重复校正热循环仪

注意事项
1. 为使每个反应精确加入 0.1 µL，推荐使用前将 ROX 用水稀释，再进行实验操作。
2. 荧光染料均存在淬灭问题，请尽量注意避光，以减缓荧光淬灭。
