NETZSCH耐驰Photo-DSC 204 F1 Phoenix®光量热系统

光固化体系的主要优点在于快速的反应时间。单体溶液(通常没有溶剂)在低温下可能仅在几秒之内就已完成固化。在双固化粘合剂或涂料领域,经常结合使用热固化与光固化两种方式。

针对这一特定领域,耐驰公司最新推出了 Photo-DSC 204 F1 Phoenix®,能够工作于 -100℃ … 200℃ 的温度范围内。该仪器有着真空密闭的测量单元,吹扫气流量则由内置的质量流量计(MFC)来调节控制。

Photo-DSC 204 F1 能够使用大多数标准的用于阳离子或辐射固化体系的实验室与工业灯管。对于粘合剂的分析,我们推荐 DELO 公司制造 DELOLUX04 。

DSC 204 F1 Phoenix® 经过改造的自动提盖装置保证了两根光导管与样品和参比间的距离固定。这确保了测量结果的高度的重复性。

对于其他高于 200℃ 的常规 DSC 分析,可以对标准的提盖装置进行改造,或者也可使用手动提盖。

对于需要频繁或重复测样的场合,建议配备自动进样器 ASC(一次可装载多至 64 个样品)

Photo-lysine, which is readily incorporated into proteins by native mammalian translation machinery, can be used to capture and identify proteins that recognize lysine post-translational modifications (PTMs), including ‘readers’ and ‘erasers’ of histone modifications. Photo-lysine can be incorporated into MDH2 and mediate photo-cross-linking to fix protein-protein interactions in cells. UV irradiation of cells in the presence of photo-lysine induced robust cross-linking of HSP90β and HSP60. Photo-lysine has higher efficiency than photo-leucine for photo-cross-linking of the two chaperone proteins. Photo-lysine enables capture of the heterodimer of proteins Ku70 and Ku80 within a protein complex. Photo-lysine enables identification of histone- and chromatin-binding proteins[1].
