Sartorius赛多利斯PR 6246 S型拉式传感器

 

PR 6246系列传感器是特别为了称重过程容器以及高精度配料秤设计的。鉴于实际上容器是悬浮的，由于机械或者容器热胀冷缩以及支撑结构的晃动是可以抵消的。全不锈钢结构传感器。特殊设计使其结构紧凑，超载能力达到150%，精确度达到C6。同时，除了高测量精度和可重复性之外，它还具有无与伦比的可靠性、耐用性和稳定性，这些让它无需调整，年复一年地无故障运行。相关的安装套件确保传感器传送力始终处于最佳水平。因此，对测量精度的影响降到了最低，而维持了高重复性和完美的线性。较宽的工作温度范围归因于其特殊的应变片技术。密封焊接外壳和特殊TPE电缆允许传感器即使在极端恶劣的工作环境中也能使用。整个测量链无需相应的砝码就能校正。由于其匹配输出技术，即使更换损坏的传感器也不需要重新校正。这就节省了大量的调试时间。也可提供防爆型号，用于本安型环境中。
