和光具有定量检测糖尿病和肥胖相关因子的ELISA Kit Wako系列和测定实验动物血液中各种生化分子的LabAssay™系列，均仅需微量样品即可特异性定量各种生化指标。

◆原理


　　PYY是36个氨基酸组成的肠肽激素。主要由分布在肠道的L型细胞在摄食后分泌，通过血液或者迷走神经抑制摄食。

　　本产品是能特异性测定小鼠、大鼠血清及血浆中的PYY浓度的ELISA试剂盒。
