生物活性

AD 01, a 24 amino acid peptide of FKBPL (FK506-binding protein like), possesses potent anti-angiogenic activity. AD 01 bind to the CD44 receptor and inhibit tumour cell migration in a CD44 dependant manner[1][2].

体内研究
(In Vivo)

AD 01 (≥0.003 mg/kg/day, ip) exhibits significant anti-tumor activity in DU145 tumors[1].

Animal Model: Balb-c severe compromised immuno-deficient (SCID) mice[1].
Dosage: 0.3 mg/kg/day.
