BIM 23056, a linear octapeptide, is a potent sst3 and sst5 somatostatin receptor antagonist with K_i values of 10.8, 5.7, respectively^[1].

BIM 23056 has K_i values of 142, 16.6, >1000 for sst1, sst4, sst2 , respectively^[1].
