    此方案可获得 ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (16.65 mM,饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。

    以 1 mL 工作液为例,取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中,混合均匀;向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80,混合均匀;然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。

    将 0.9 g 氯化钠,完全溶解于 100 mL ddH₂O 中,得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液

    技术特点:
    一次性针头式过滤器均采用进口微孔滤膜,对样品的吸附性小,保证少量或高价值样品的大回收。针头式过滤器外壳采用溶出低、化学相容性好的高密聚乙烯(HDPE)材料,采用用超声波焊接,不用任何胶质物或密封剂,不会污染样品。

    水相/水系针头式过滤器采用混合纤维素酯Mix cellulose (MCE)微孔滤膜。用于过滤水系溶液样品,不适用于过滤有机溶剂样品。
