Selected mouse brain samples from either cortical or striatal regions (100 mg wet weight) and neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y) pellet derived from 25 cm2 flask are treated with 500 μL of 0.1 M HCl containing 0.2% TDGA, sonicated for 10 min (only for brain tissue), and then centrifuged at 14000 g for 30 min. The supernatant is freeze-dried. 50 μL of reaction buffer and 100 μL of 15 mM Dabsyl chloride are added to the tube and derivatized.

EPHF exhibits strong antioxidant and AChE inhibitory activity (oxygen radical absorbance capacity ; ORAC value: 11.65±2.37 μM Trolox equivalents (TE)/mg, DPPH IC50 value: 6.72 μg/mL, anti-AChE activity IC50 value: 11.72 μg/mL)[1].
EPHF exhibits high levels of cytotoxicity on MCF-7 and SKOV-3 human tumour cell lines in a dose-dependent manner with the IC50 of 2.76 and 80.11 μg/mL, respectively[1].

Delphinidin 3-glucoside chloride (Delphinidin 3-O-glucoside chloride) is an active anthocyanin found in bilberry extract. Delphinidin 3-glucoside chloride induces a pro-apoptotic effect in B cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B CLL)[1].     请依序添加每种溶剂: 10% DMSO    90% (20% SBE-β-CD in saline)

    Solubility: ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (8.15 mM); Clear solution

    此方案可获得 ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (8.15 mM,饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。

    以 1 mL 工作液为例,取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL 20% 的 SBE-β-CD 生理盐水水溶液中,混合均匀。

    将 2 g 磺丁基醚 β-环糊精加入 5 mL 生理盐水中,再用生理盐水定容至 10 mL,完全溶解,澄清透明
