Malvidin-3-O-arabinoside chloride (M3A chloride, 50-400 μM) pretreatment remarkably upregulates LAMP-1 expression, which indicates elevated lysosomal mass. M3A also successfully restores lysosomal acidity and subsequently strengthenes lysosomal functions. M3A stimulates phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), a master regulator of autophagy[1].

Nicotinamide riboside Chloride increases intracellular and mitochondrial NAD+ content in C2C12, Hepa1.6, and HEK293 cells in a concentration-dependent manner at concentrations ranging from 1-1000 μM[1].
Nicotinamide riboside chloride boosts NAD to restore antiviral poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) functions to support innate immunity for coronavirus (CoVs), a cause of COVID-19[3].

Malvidin (0~80 μg/mL; 96 hours; U937 cells) shows cytotoxic activity in a dose-dependent pattern[1].
The IC50 value of Malvidin for U937 cells is 40 μg/mL. Malvidin (U937 cells) shows arrest at the G2/M phase of the cell cycle and increases sub G1 hypo-diploid population[1].
