Free PSA ELISA Kit（ENZ-KIT145）

◆原理


游离前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）是前列腺、尿道内膜、尿道球腺上皮细胞分泌的类激酶释放酶。它是单链糖蛋白，参与精液的液化过程，临床常用于前列腺良性与恶性疾病诊断与鉴别诊断及前列腺癌患者术后随访的重要指标。正常情况下极少量的 PSA 分泌到血液。PSA 以多种形式存在于血清，不与蛋白结合，称为游离脂肪酸。良性或恶性肿瘤情况下，都可以提高循环中 PSA 水平。血液中游离 PSA 和总 PSA 的比例对确定总PSA升高患者的前列腺异常非常重要。该 ELISA 试剂盒能在２个小时内定量检测游离 PSA 。
