The SPL324 is an immersion viscometer with an 18” stem that fits into a standard 1.2” opening. The viscometer may be inserted into stirred reaction vessels, small tanks or open containers.

A deflector, positioned over the piston, directs the fluid into the measurement chamber. Constant piston motion, keeps the sample fresh and mechanically scrubs the chamber. A built-in temperature detector (RTD) senses actual temperature in the measurement chamber.

The Model SPC/L392 in-line viscometer sensor provides continuous measurement of temperature and viscosity. The sensor can be used with our VISCOpro electronics to meet any viscosity management application.

Our patented technology is based on a simple and reliable electromagnetic concept. Two coils pull a piston back and forth within a constantly refreshed sample of process fluid. 用于粘度测量范围0.2-20000cP的粘度探头

      SPC/L 301型探头是一种内嵌式粘度计，这种粘度计可以安装在生产过程中，不间断的检测粘度的温度和粘度。 我们的技术基于简单和稳定的电子式概念。 两组线圈在一个连续电磁力的作用下来回移动一个微型活塞。专利技术的电路分析活塞来回移动行程的时间，从而测量绝对粘度。


    位于活塞上方的导流装置，将液体导入测量室，活塞持续运动以不断更新样品，同时机械摩擦不断擦洗测量室。 一个内置的RTD温度测量探头，实时测量测量室的温度。


      SPC/L301型粘度计有一个1/4” NPT的螺丝配合一个T型的管道，可以很容易的安装到管线上，或者用一个焊接套环，安装到大罐子或管道内。


    在一个全部展开的0.2—20000CP或等于CST的粘度范围，可以用13种不同的20：1的粘度测量。粘度探头头部的流动速率是10ft/sec（3米/秒）。


    说明： 所有的ATEC探头都是SPL , L即硬信号线，C即连接头。
